Okay, so…Spoopy, huh? Dafuq???
Sitting in between horror and humor, fun and fear…there sits a space in perfect balance of all things Halloweeny. “Spoopy”, which is born from a typo on a cheaply made product (more on that by clicking here), embodies everything we wish to be when it comes to a haunted-ish music festival. Scary meets silly, ya dig?

You just read it, be we wan’t you to know we MEAN IT. This is our personal M.O. Our entire goal is to bring you an event that feels, and truly is, special. The merch is always dope. The food and art vendors fantastic. The lineup is curated with both passion and purpose. Every year we make sure that it has a specific VIBE, and it will always be this way.

Speaking of the lineup, we are making it a point to bring you a special event each year, and with so many amazing bands in the region, we made the early decision that we wouldn’t bring back a band in consecutive years. Eventually, we’ll fold in some Spoopy “fan favorite” bands that have achieved their status as Legends of the Red River, but from year to year, we promise you an entirely new musical journey.

Let’s not kid ourselves. The festival scene is fairly frickin’ terrifying these days. ESPECIALLY with the prices we’re seeing. Yeah, sure, we get it, things are more expensive these days…but we promise to ALWAYS have affordable tickets, merch, and anything else that might cost the monies. Sure, we’re going to grow, and with that the experience will get better and better, which will make us raise prices eventually. But, (heh, butts) here’s the thing. We will never gouge you, and we promise that there will always be a way to get a ticket for $50 at several points in the year. The easiest way to do that is to get tickets when we drop our lineup, or before. Or, getting a multi-pack of tickets for you and your crew really drops prices as well. For three days of camping and music, that’s pretty much insane.

So why do we care about branding so much as we mentioned before? Because we’re a bunch of creative marketing nerds who start sentences with “because”. Our company is called Yellowberri, and we love doin’ this stuff. Kinda Spoopy is just a way to add some serious fun to our flex <3.
