So what is the whole Vampires Versus Voodoo thing???

This year we’re adding some gamification to the festival! We will have two factions within Kinda Spoopy, as you can guess, one is the Vampire Faction, which makes the other the Voodoo Faction. Throughout the festival there will be five “Faction Battles”. One on Thursday, two on Friday, and two on Saturday.

In each battle, factions will earn points that will be totaled throughout the weekend. On Saturday night, one faction will seal the deal and claim victory over the weekend. Members of the winning faction will receive a special trinket to be announced at the beginning of the festival.

Beyond the battles, the faction is purely for theming your campsite and outfits, and a fun way to instigate a fake rivalry. Most importantly though, if you want to choose your faction, you must purchase your tickets before July!

For the very first time in Spoopy history, you will be receiving your wristbands in the mail. If you purchase your tickets before July, simply send us a message via Insta/Facebook/The Ticketing Co and let us know your address and faction choice! After July we will be sending wristbands out as mystery packages…so you will find out your faction via post! Fun!

People who buy tickets at the gate will be randomly assigned their faction to help keep a balance between the two.
